Sharon Berrier - Project Manager, Translations

Over the years, Sharon has contributed to CAP's success in numerous areas, from office to interpretation management.

Over the years, Sharon has contributed to CAP's success in numerous areas, from office to interpretation management. Currently, she leads the translation division, aiding people from all over the globe to communicate with one another through the written word. 

Sharon understands the importance of accurate translations that are handled in a timely manner for the clients she serves and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to any and all that contact CAP for their language and communication needs. Her motto is "No translation is too little nor too big to be handled."

As CAP's Contracts Manager, Kim enjoys training and assisting people along their path to success.

As a Human Resources Manager, Kim enjoys training and assisting people along their path to success. Over the years, she has cross-trained in all office duties and embraced the team-oriented atmosphere that exists at CAP. Kim now looks forward to expanding our language offerings to better serve the needs of the community.

Clients can rest assured that CAP interpreters are well-qualified to handle their interpreting needs. Kim ensures that all interpreters are credentialed and well-versed in interpreter standards of practice and ethics. She believes in finding solutions and providing the support everyone needs to be their professional best.

Kim is a country girl at heart and lives in rural Randolph County. The proverbial "crazy cat lady" shares her home with seven cats and one long-suffering chihuahua.

Jessie Gray - Scheduling Coordinator

Jessie joined the CAP team at the beginning of 2023, eager to begin scheduling interpreters for those who needed their assistance.

Jessie joined the CAP team at the beginning of 2023, eager to begin scheduling interpreters for those who needed their assistance. She enjoys piecing together the schedule and being able to put her problem-solving skills to the test in order to help clients obtain an interpreter. Whether requests come in at a moment's notice or months in advance, Jessie is determined to find a solution. She graduated in 2021 from Appalachian State University with a major in Communications and a minor in Sociology. Our team is a great fit, considering her interest in working with and helping those of diverse backgrounds break down communication barriers within the community.
